The Bike Gallery is just so ridiculously out of date (more than 18 months and counting...I cringe when I think about some of the great bikes we have done in that time too..), that I had to make another place to showcase the work that we do here and give you an idea of what actually rolls through the workshop.
The bikes won't stay here for long though, as soon as the next bike rolls of the stand, it will be up in lights here - and THEN retired into the (re-organized and updated) Bike Gallery.

Dan's Motorola Eddy Merckx
If you were riding bikes back in the early 90's, you may remember a few riders from the Motorola squad. A certain Lance Armstrong won the 93 World Road Champs on a Merckx, and Phil Anderson won his Tour Stage into Quimper on a Merckx. I never liked Lance, and still don't, but there was something about watching an Aussie solo to a Tour stage win that gave me goosebumps...So, I built the bike in homage. NOS Dura Ace 8 spd STI, Cinelli bar and stem, custom replica team decals by Cyclemondo, and blue cables and tape - just like Phil.

Goran's Cinelli Pista
Cinelli Pista frame, repainted in clean white by Damo at CogBikeCafe. Plenty of hard to find NOS on this beauty - C Record 'Sheriff Star' track hubs, Campy Pista headset, Campy pedals, clips and straps, and a touch of the new - polished Campy Pista crankset, Nitto bar and stem, Brooks saddle. Wheels are built 2x using DT Comp stainless spokes laced to painted Mavic GP4's with fresh Conti Sprinter tubulars. Polished Campy chainring, DID chain and Phil Wood cog make up the drivetrain. As with all projects there was always a little pain and suffering before the bike was finally rideable, but it turned out super tight.
Del'Emma's Hipster Too
Like the Hipster One - but better. Phil Wood limited edition pink anodised HF hubs, laced radial front, radial/3x rear to Velocity Deep V's. Wrapped in limited edition Shwalbe tyres.
Sugino cranks and Zen Messenger chainring. Soma 'black' cog and SRAM chain. MKS pedals and clips, SB 'pleather' toe straps with Toshi buttons. Thompson seatpost and San Marco saddle. 38cm Nitto B125' with the killer combo of Yoshida Champ S's on the tops and A's on the drops. Thompson stem to come...HOT, HOT, HOT!!!

Mark's Skidstar
This bike was fun to build, and the pictures really don't do it justice...Powdercoated Malvern Star Skidstar frame, custom powdercoated coaster brake rear hub and matching white front hub. Laced to high polish Velocity Aeros and wrapped in white Vittoria Zaffiros. Polished Fyxomatosis chainring and 5Crown crankset, MKS pedals. The bar set-up was one of the best bits - polished stem, polished ShifterBikes Cocktail Bar, polished end plugs and tapered bar tape for grips. Mad Sunday beer bike!

Oldies's On One Inbred
Stunning pink pearl paint - again by Damo at CogBikeCafe, including matching fork and Thompson stem. Pretty and Strong pink Chris King headset, White industries drivetrain - including SB 'hotrod' White ind. freewheel, DMR hubs, Thompson Stem and seatpost, 10 degree sweep carbon flat bars, Avid brakes and Maxxis Ignitor/Larsen tyre combo.
Again, a bike that just looks amazing in the sun. Not bad - considering it's a '2nd bike'.

Stu's Falcon
This bike has a little bit of history...Originally ridden and owned by Shane Sutton ex Australian Team rider, and coach of the now unbeatable Great Britian Track Team.
Immaculate repaint and re decal by Star Enamel and Cyclemondo. Cinelli bar and stem. 28H Record track hubs, laced to Wolber rims and running Vittoria Pista CS tubulars.
Now a regular on the boards at DISC. Beautful bike with a great history.

Chang's Avanti Pista Pro
Another sweet-o Avanti Pista Pro street fix. Sugino RD2 cranks, Messenger ring, Sylvan pedals with MKS clips, pleather straps and Toshi end buttons. Velocity Hubs laced to celeste Deep V's - radial front, 3x rear. Roselli carbon fork, carbon stem and anodized Nitto Riser bar. Yoshida Champ grips. These bikes always turn out great - solid frame, and component spec, not cheap, but then again - a cheap bike isn't good, a good bike isn't cheap.

Stu's Casati
Another one in his incredible stable of bikes. This one is the 'flatish road ride when you feel like sitting on the front a driving the bunch' bike. Campy Record 10 speed throughout, Cinelli bar and stem, and perhaps the standout - mint Campy Shamals with Veloflex Paves. Not light, but great when the sped gets over 40km/h.
A beautiful classic bike with modern performance.

Dan's Problem Child
7.5kg's of pure performance. Columbus Life tubing, cut down Surly dropouts with stainless steel faces, cut down canti bosses so that the brakes sits as close as possible to the frame to minimize flex, curved seatstay bridge to match the curved seatstays, slotted BB shell for weight savings and as a 'window' to read the Phil Wood logo on the BB, Sibex Titaiumamazing custom paint by CogBikeCafe...and that's just the frame....Try the rear wheel for custom touches -  SB 'hotrod' White Ind freewheel - Ti base, modified pawl springs, Ceramic Zero bearing, removed internal seal, case hardened cog ring. White Ind rear hub - Ceramic Zero bearings, modified axle, custom machined brass end caps, 32H, laced into Edge Composites carbon tubular 24H rim with DT Aerolites. Handmade Dugast 43mm tubular tyre. Did I mention how much i like this bike???
